We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This is in addition to the Charles & Colvard Moissanite warranty .
We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our jewelry, and in the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and repair. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you (return shipping to our company not included).
If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear then our jewelers will repair the jewelry at very competitive pricing. The warranty covers the loss of smaller Moissanite stones up to 3.5mm provided that the loss wasn't caused by damage to the jewelry or Moissanite stones. We do not cover or insure for the loss of jewelry or of larger Moissanite gems. We strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for coverage against loss.
Damage to Moissanite gemstones (chipping, scratching, etc) is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires we offer a very affordable discounted repair service.
Precious metals are by nature softer metals. If enough pressure is applied its possible to bend. The bending of bands, mountings and prongs is wear and tear related and not due to a defect in manufacturing. Therefore while our company can usually fix it, it isn't covered by our warranty.

MoissaniteCo.com does not reimburse for work performed by 3rd party jewelers. Having work performed by 3rd party jewelers nullifies the jewelry warranty (but does not void the Charles & Colvard Moissanite warranty).
